FREE SHIPPING option is for Curbside Delivery. Customer will be responsible for placing safe from the curb and disposing of the box, pallet and other debris.

TRUCK TO GROUND WITH INSIDE DELIVERY: Upon checkout choose "Expedited Flat Rate Shipping." Carrier will deliver and unload to curbside by lift-gate or man lift and deliver to inside location just over threshold. Carrier will not deliver to room of choice, go up stairs, unpack or remove pallet and dunnage.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: Upon checkout choose "Other" as the shipping option. Prices for White Glove Delivery are shown in the "Shipping and Payments" tab up above. Safe will be unloaded, unpacked and located to designated room. Removal/movement of doors, railings, furniture nor any movements which could damage product or property are NOT included. This service includes up to two flights of stairs, 10 steps per flight.

DOCK TO DOCK DELIVERY: $40 discount. Send an email stating you would like Dock-to-Dock delivery.  A custom invoice through PayPal will be sent to you reflecting the $40 discount and requesting payment.  Delivery to a dock with appropriate dock plates. LTL carrier backs to customer dock. Customer is responsible for off-loading product, locating safe, unpacking, pallet and dunnage removal.

LIFETIME after-fire replacement for Fire-Safe safes.

Returns are NOT accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

For un-damaged returns there is a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable for un-damaged merchandise.  Original shipping fees for items which state Free Shipping are also the responsibility of the customer for returns.
