They are dusty/dirty from storage and have normal signs of wear (scratches/scuffs). The Finish sticker on the finish gate is crooked and damaged and the 2 sticker on the finish gate is partially missing. At this time, most of our items have flat-rate shipping (within the lower 48 states). The quoted shipping cost is for transit between our location and New York. If you live in California or the surrounding states, please call us before making your payment; we may be able to lower your shipping cost. If the ship-to address will be in other places not mentioned, please call us (to adjust the shipping cost) prior to making your payment.
When flat-rate shipping is not available, our shipping fees will be determined by the shipped dimension, weight, and shipping destination. Please click the Calculate Shipping button to get the shipping quote.
Since we want your item to arrive promptly and safely, we use first-quality materials to pack your items with care. We stock a wide variety of box sizes and padding material and our fees are included to cover these costs (i.e. handling fee). For environmentally-conscious reasons, we may occasionally use recycled materials that will not compromise the safe-delivery of your item.
Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days (M-F) after payment confirmation. Fragile, bulky and/or heavy items may take longer. We do not do combined shipping. Our automated auction management software does not support combined shipping. Local pick up is available (unless otherwise stated). When you go through our check out system, you will be given an option to do a local pick up at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store (unless otherwise noted). You must pay for the item before picking it up. All local pick-ups will be charged applicable sales tax and handling fee. Please call us at (626) 584-0844 prior to your visit so we may have your item ready for you.
Unless a prior arrangement has been made with us, your item must be picked up within 10 business days of the end of auction. Otherwise, you may be charged a storage fee of $10 per day. If the item is not picked up within 20 days, we may create a seller account for you and the item will be resold on eBay. The funds from the sale will be used to cover any incurred storage fees, and any remaining balance will be mailed to you in the form of a check.
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was grossly not as described or photographed in the auction. All items are sold As Is.
If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. Note: Software (opened or unopened) and authenticated items (e.g. coins graded or "slabbed" by major national grading companies) are non-refundable.
We security mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we must verify security markings and compare pre-auction photos of the item.
We want your item to arrive promptly and safely, so we try to use great care when packaging your items. However, there will be rare instances when an item is lost or damaged during shipment. Please call us (within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item) to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Do not throw away all packaging.
The claims process may take betwen 10-21 business days. Once the claim from the shipping carriers is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund.
