POLICIES

PAYMENT:   

We accept PayPal.  Payment is due within 7 days of purchase.  If payment is not received within this time periods, all orders will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.   International buyers are to contact seller immediately after auction ends to acknowledge purchase and confirm correct mailing address.  We also reserve the right to not honor the winning bid, if eBay crashes within the last hour of bidding, so please bid early.

INSURANCE

Shipping Insurance is required on this item and on all antiques, glass, china & crystal  items and items over $50.00 US currency.  Insurance on these items will be included in the shipping/handling charges unless otherwise stated. We will not be responsible for uninsured items or packages lost by the postal service once the package leave our hands at the post office. International Shipping Insurance Is Only Available with Priority Mail International.

**  NOTE:   Shipping & Handling Charges are non-negotiable. Occassionally shipping charges are over-estimated and a partial refund is given.

SHIPPING:  

We ship worldwide.  We ship domestic through the USPS via Parcel Post & Priority Mail and UPS Ground.  International shipping is via USPS Global Priority Mail, unless you are located in a country that does not offer this service.  If USPS Global Priority Mail is not available, your item will then be shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post.  If you are a Canadian resident you may also choose to have your item(s) shipped UPS Standard to Canada.  On small items other shipping options may be offered, such as USPS 1^st Class Mail or International Air Letter Post to help keep your costs down.  The item(s) will be shipped within 24–72 hours of cleared payment, not to include weekends and holidays.  Once a package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for the handling of the package or the length of time it takes to deliver the package.  Ask seller for shipping discounts available on some multiple purchases.

**   NOTE:  USPS Delivery Confirmation and Shipping Insurance Is Included in the Domestic Shipping Costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 

Please ask all questions prior to purchasing or request additional pictures, if desired.  We describe all items in our auctions as accurately as possible.  We will list any faults and damage to the best of our ability.  MONEY BACK REFUNDS for the selling price of the item only, not to include shipping and handling charges, will only be given if the item is grossly misrepresented.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason buyer is to contact seller within 24 hours of received item (s).  If agreed, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with insurance, at the buyer’s expense.  Peoples expectations, perceptions and opinions vary, so please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing if you are undecided or uncertain about an item and we will be only to happy to assist you.
