THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SET OF FIVE CRYSTAL ETCHED STEMS.  THESE WERE MADE BY THE MONONGAH GLASS COMPANY AROUND 1918 IN THEIR ROSELAND DEEP ETCH #800, DECORATION 270.

 

THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT UNUSED CONDITION WITH NO CHIPS, CRACKS OR USE MARKS.  ONE OF THE STEMS HAS A TINY BUBBLE ON THE RIM THAT I BELIEVE HAPPENED IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS.  IT MAY POSSIBLY BE AN EXCELLENT REPAIR AS IT IS VERY SMOOTH AND APPEARS THE STEM WAS MADE THAT WAY.

 

THEY ARE APPROXIMATELY 3-1/2” HIGH AND 3” WIDE AT THE OPENING.   THEY ARE AND EXCELLENT SIZE FOR SHERBETS OR THEY COULD BE USED FOR WINE OR CHAMPAGNE.

 

THEY WOULD MAKE A SUPERB ADDITION TO ANY ELEGANT OR DEPRESSION GLASS COLLECTION.

 

I AM LISTING A LOT OF VINTAGE GLASSWARE THIS WEEK, SO PLEASE TAKE A LOOK.
