Sales made in Ohio:

• Sales made to Ohio customers are subject to a 6.5% sales tax.

International Payment Information:

• International sales where applicable must be paid using PAYPAL.

CANCELLATION OF BIDS: We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids from bidders with little or no history of buying activity (feedback), a significant number of negative feedback or numerous bid retractions.

Shipping Information:

• We ship everything by Fed Ex Ground Service
• We will ship by alternate shippers if requested.
• Any item which is to heavy to box will be crated, and there is an additional cost of $15.00 for the crate and additional UPS charges for handling a crate. This will be Noted in our Ad so it will not be a surprise.
• Items where specified shipping may be included in the price of the item.
• We do not refund shipping cost. Nor do we pay the cost of shipping on returned items for any reason.
• Shipping to Canada-Invoices from KohnsBestBuys are for the item you have won and shipping. Import charges are your responsibility. We do not include these charges Customs will Collect these from You the Buyer.
• In order for us to ship to Canada UPS Requires us to indicate your Phone Number. Please Include this when Paying as it just slows down our shipping if we have to request it from you.

International Shipping:

• International shipping is an additional cost.
• All international shipments will be shipped using USPS Global Express Mail. 
• Tracking and the 1st $100.00 insurance coverage is included.

International Buyers Please Note:
Some countries may limit the type, size or quantity of items shipped in. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine any and all requirements, limitations and/or prohibitions connected with the purchase and/or importation of this item. Returns:

• We believe that it is important that you get what you feel you paid for. Therefore we have a 3 day return policy so that you can inspect your purchase and feel satisfied with your buy.
• If a return is necessary the cost of return is at the Buyers expense.
• We do not refund the cost of original shipping.

Ad Descriptions:

We do our best to give honest detailed descriptions on items we sell on eBay. From time to time we get items and we seriously do not know the proper description. So you may find we are vague. We have also made mistakes in descriptions which when pointed out by some of the more knowledgeable eBayers we correct promptly. Descriptions for the most part are subjective and are open to question. We enjoy receiving and hearing from prospective buyers. Feel free to question us about product or our descriptions. If you feel we have made an error please let us know, we'll make the necessary correction. This helps us better serve the eBay community.

Auction Policies:

1. We do not end auctions early. - Please don't ask.
2. We also do not give out our reserve. - Please don't ask.
3. At times we are asked how much to ship to your location... Our replies are estimates and not accurate Prices. We are usually within a dollar or two.

We are a re-seller of used merchandise, therefore we are unable to offer any warranty on the items we sell. All items sold as is, all sales are final.

On occasion, we will offer an item that is pre-owned yet may not have been used.  It may include manufacturers warranty paperwork.  We do not imply that such warranties are transferable to the successful bidder. 

In the event we have not accurately described the item(s) you have purchased, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will gladly refund your purchase price. Return shipment must be made within 2 business days of notifying us.  Returned items must be securely and adequately packed with all parts, accessories, paperwork and original packaging included.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us for any other conditions for refunds.

Non-Paying Bidder Policy

If you bid and win an item, we expect payment in full for the item. Non Paying bidders will be reported and negative feedback will be left. Retaliatory feedback in response to negative feedback for non payment may result in legal action. We reserve the right to collect damages & damage collection fees in the case of any unpaid auction.
