clock runs and keeps time and chimes.the first two pictures are of the front.  the fourth pic. is of the label on the door.  it sats "CAT#1302A (4302-001)  NAME: WOODBURY SETH THOMAS   TALLEY INDUSTRIES  COMANY   THOMASTON, CONN   MADE IN USA.  also stamped AUG 79  the fifth pic is the back of the clock work.

on the back of the clock works it says "Made in Germany for Seth Thomas, A Talley Industries Co., ThomasTon, Conn. U.S.A., A401-003 (not too sure about those two zeroes in front of the three), two (2) jewels, 79 03, unadjusted

THE P.O TOLD ME THE SHIPPING ON THIS WOULD BE ABOUT 2 $20.00 so figure on that,  i will make it up if theres a differance.   dave

 Q: Does the clock chimes every 15 minutes?
A: it chimes but i can't tell you how often. every time it goes off my wife bitches at me so i didn't wind the chimes to time them.
