As a consequence you are not bound by your order in case you cancel the contract within 2 weeks after you received the items ordered.
You are not required to give reasons for the cancellation, (nevertheless we would appreciate to learn about your reasons) and declare the cancellation in written form (e.g. by letter, card, fax, e-mail) or by sending back the item(s) without further notice to

In case of defective items please contact our service department or send the package with the defective item to our adress mentionned above and we will take remedial action immediately.
In case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault, return the defective item in the original box with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories as well as the original invoice.
Please make sure that the package is wrapped securely and that you pay the necessary postal charge. In case the item is defective we will replace the item or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item as well as your costs in returning the defective item to us.
For your sake, we recommend to keep the sending confirmation.
