Exchange and return policy:  Items are all Brand New.  Returns on lingerie, bras, panties, underwear, and hosiery are prohibited by the U.S. Department of Health.  Absolutely no refunds or exchanges except in cases of manufactures defects. In the case of a defective item, Buyer needs to notify Seller of all defect(s) within 3 days of the receipt of the merchandise, and the merchandise will be exchanged only.  Please ensure you choose the correct size from our size chart to ensure a proper fit.  We will attempt to satisfy you, we care about our customers and would not be continuing to grow unless you are purchasing.
