This chocolate is the perfect hassle free solution for those chocolate fondue fountains you may have received as a gift.  Don't waste your time with standard chocolate chips, you will only be disappointed with the results. This is the simplest way to enjoy your chocolate fondue fountain.  This specially formulated chocolate melts quickly, has a great flavor and will flow in the chocolate fountains for hours of fun.  This chocolate will flow perfectly in commercial and home use fountains WITHOUT any additional ingredients.  Melting the chocolate is very easy.  The easy microwave instructions are right on the bag.  This chocolate can be melted in the fountain or a microwave.  If you use regular chocolate chips, you will need to add vegetable oil, which negatively affects the taste and appearance of the chocolate.  The average home use fountain will require 2-3 bags (4-6lbs) of chocolate to run.  This chocolate can also be melted in a bowl for some quick chocolate dipping fun!!  The perfect gift for the chocolate lover!!

Chocolate Shipping Notice: Exposure to warm climates may cause your chocolate to arrive melted.  The chocolate is specially formulated to melt at a low temperature for optimum flow in fountains.  If your chocolate arrives soft or melted, don't be alarmed.  This does not change the quality, usability, or flow of the chocolate in any way. Place the chocolate in a cool dry place to return to a solid state, then massage the bag to break up the pieces before melting.  Do not refrigerate or freeze the chocolate; the moisture can affect the viscosity (flow) of the chocolate. To use the melted chocolate, simply follow the instructions on the bag and use as normal.  Please note that chocolate cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
