* Please don't be scared to bid on my items if there is a reserve price. If there is a reserve pricing on my items, it's only there to either cover the cost of the item or to cover the cost of materials used and a little of my time for making the item, but in no way reflects all of my time. I want each of my pillows and other handcrafted items to be the perfect accent to your home. So, I spend a lot of time and attention to detail on each item to make sure that they are perfect. I also spend a lot of time to add detailed accents that others may overlook to sell more pillows and other items. That is why I don't sell as many as others may, but the time I take shows in the quality of my pillows and other items. Just look at my feedback. My reserve prices are always reasonable!

read the following policies before you bid
(I know it's long, but it's for your protection as well as mine!)
Bidding Policies
If you have any questions about the item or my policies, please
send me an email through the ebay "Ask
the seller a question" system. All sales are final. I do not accept
returns unless items are grossly exaggerated and I do not pay shipping charges either way. I do my best to describe
items to the best of my knowledge. Most of my items are either handcrafted
or vintage, so some signs of wear might be present and should be expected
in the used or vintage items. I have the right to cancel bids. Unfortunately
due to some recent issues, I've had to start doing things a little differently.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it must be
done to protect the interest of not only me, but other bidders as well.
If you have any negative feedback within the last 3 months or only have
a feedback rating of 20 or less, you must email me first. If you do
not, I will cancel your bid, no questions asked. That does not mean
that you cannot bid, it only means I want to make contact with you. I hope you will all understand the predicament that
others have left me in, that has caused me to start being a little more
strict.
Payment Policies
I am happy to combine shipping on items, if possible, won within a 7 day period. If you are bidding on multiple auctions, please let me know so that I know to wait for invoicing until you are finished. Also, please let me know when you are finished. Other than that, Payment is
expected within 7 days of receiving invoice. I accept Paypal and all 4 Major Credit Cards. Please contact me to find out how to pay with a Credit Card. If there is a problem
or circumstances arise and there is going to be a delay in payment beyond
the expected payment time, then please contact me by email or phone.
I will do my best to accommodate your situation. I have the right to
relist item if payment is not received within 10 days of receiving invoice,
unless other arrangements have been made. I do not accept bidders remorse. I'm fair, honest and respectful
and would appreciate the same from my customers. It makes for a wonderful
transaction. I have many customers that have become my friends over
the years and that doesn't happen with bad experiences. So, lets keep
it happy. ;o)
Shipping Policies
I ship U.S.P.S.
Priority Mail and especially for fragile items and UPS on larger or heavier ones. Insurance is always optional, but I am not responsible for lost
or damaged items once they leave my hands. I will combine shipping if
possible. Sometimes I cannot ship items together due to size or fragility.
Any and all handling fees will be included in the shipping calculator so that there is no surprise later. I do my best to get you the best deal on
shipping charges. Also, I pack items very well, sometimes it might even
be overkill, but I know what it's like to be so excited to get something
in the mail only to find it broken and useless. I do ship Internationally, just email me for shipping quote. Also due to time restraints and gas prices, I will only be shipping 2x per week Mondays and Thursdays until further notice.
Feedback Policies
If you would
like me to leave positive feedback for you then please leave positive
feedback for me. This is how we all get recognition as being a good
buyer and seller as well as telling me everything is OK with your items and they arrived safely, and it is important. If there is a problem, then please
contact me before you leave me negative feedback. If I don't know that
there is a problem, I can not try to resolve it. Like I said before, I'm
fair and honest and I think my feedback says it all. I'm always willing
to come to a compromise if there needs to be one. So far there has been
no need for one, and I'm proud of that.
Misc.
I take pride
in all of the items that I sell, whether it be a new, used, vintage
or hand crafted. I will only sell items that I would want and display
proudly in my own home or garden. I use only the best materials that
are available to me. So you can bid with confidence in knowing that
your item will be cherished and loved for many years to come. I do custom
orders on some of my items if possible. If you are interested just contact
