If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise within 30 days of your original date of purchase for a full refund, simply follow the steps below:

1. Call or email salonsRus to let us know you are returning your item.

2. Place your like-new condition merchandise back in the original packaging and seal the box.

3. Place a note in the box with the reason you are returning the item, your full name, and your phone number.

4. Ship it back to salonsRus using the carrier of your choice (we do not pay return shipping). We strongly recommend you put insurance on your return shipment.

Once salonsRus receives your return, we will open the box to ensure all parts are included and condition is like-new. Upon verification we will issue a 100% full refund of your purchase price. All refunds are applied to the same payment method used in the original purchase.
