• Books will go out Media Mail, unless you need it faster. contact me EBAY MESSAGE only.
• All items are shipped thru PayPal and will have a tracking number. Some items like books have a .25 cent tracking fee on the shipping cost, included in shipping.

• I take pictures so you can see the whole item before you buy. Dishes may have color difference than the picture shows on your computer.
• What I sell are retired and hard to find dishes and items.
• It is up to you if you want them, if not don't buy the dishes, I only want happy customer and no complaints.
•  All Holiday Items are non~refundable with THE Grace period: 20 day prior to a holiday  7 days after a holiday.
• I will not except the item back, because the holiday is over and you have used it and just want to return, that is why there is a grace period.
• If there is a major problem I will except the return, must contact me right away. I think that is fair to me as well as you.
• Some of our items are used and new, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Dishes that are older, are not listed new, most of them are in good condition, with minimum surface marks, retired and hard to find. I will list as I see the items to the best of my ability and take lots of pictures as well.  Some time an item will get damage just sitting on the shelf then I will tell you so and refund your money.
• All returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories, and same way shipped. All items returned must have a tracking number!
• Books will go Media Mail and can take up to 10 days to arrive.  No handling fee on Media Mail books.
• Need it fast, Ebay message only.
• Media Mail is for U.S A. not International. Inter~United States Only.
• International book are mainly priority mail. Some book can go first class.  Handling fee is $1.50 International Shipping.
•  Flat Rate priority envelopes or box maybe lower rate than priority shipping even first class. Must fit into the flat rate envelope or box.

• Alot of Ebayer buyer now feel that the Seller controls the Postal Rate!
• We the (SELLER) don't like the high shipping cost any more than you do.
• I have been ask to lower the shipping cost or my item I am selling because the item will cost to much to ship, Right!
• Wrong I don't control the POSTAL RATES and I shouldn't be ask to do so.
• I hate when a BUYER blame me for the Postal Rates when I can't control them, it is total wrong! I see my Star rate going lower because of POSTAL RATES that I wish I could control, but I can't.
• It is very easy to mark the Star box low on your side. I feel real bad when you do, sooner or later I hope all buyer would become Seller and know how it feels. So please be honest on the Star rating I don't over charge in shipping and I try to keep in touch with everyone.
• I love Ebay and Selling but some days I get upset when I sell something and the buy is unhappy it makes me unhappy I try real hard to please everyone. So if you are unhappy with what you buy, Just let me know and send the item back. That is all I can say!
