We ship VIA UPS Ground as well as VIA USPS. Which carrier we use is up to our discretion, but we will be happy to work with you. You may incur additional shipping fees if your item MUST be shipped VIA USPS or UPS, but depends upon item size, weight, and ship to location. If you would like insurance on your item please let us know. If you do not insure your item we are not responsible for loss or damage to your item during shipping. We ship daily USPS and three times weekly for UPS, so you can be assured of fast service! Unless specifically stated in our auction, we do not allow pickups of equipment. If you insist on using your shipment method such as FedEx, our shipping & handling fees still apply. All damage and DOA claims must be made to us within time specified in item description and you MUST retain our original packaging for us to process a claim-NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not ship to Indonesia or Nigeria!

COMBINING SHIPPING CHARGES

If within a seven (7) day period you win two (2) of our auctions, we deduct $3 off of the total shipping and handling charge. Unless otherwise stated, the item(s) offered in this auction are used working pulls which might have some minor scuffing, scratches, adhesive from stickers et cetera. We try to describe our items as accurately and honestly as we can, but sometimes we may overlook something. If something that should be included with this item is not listed, please do not assume that it is included. Before you bid, please email us or call us at 856-486-1297 from 10-7 Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time and ask if there is any question(s) you may have-thanks.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you have to return the item(s) purchased, you pay shipping charges to us and we pay shipping charges back to you. If the product is suspected of being defective, and in fact it was not found to be defective, customer pays shipping/handling back to them. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. We will replace all guaranteed items with a substitute of equal or greater value at our discretion should a problem arise. In the event a substitute cannot be found, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. Warranty claims must be submitted within time specified in item description (no exceptions) and receiver must retain original packaging in order for a claim to be processed. We will not process warranty claims until product arrives at our location for testing. Any modifications, disassembly, improper use, neglect, or abuse voids warranty. Be advised all products leaving our facility are marked and that our products - not someone else's - must be returned to us for claims. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
