• Posters have been stored flat & are shipped rolled in a custom made tube.
• These Posters were issued by film companies in Japan for use in theatres.
• Posters graded as Fine were used in Movie Theaters and may have typical tack holes (unless noted No Tack Holes) or normal folds and will generally have some average wear from display which is normal. 
• Posters graded EX or NM are above average examples, that appear to be unused with no tack holes or creased folds, generally these may have some slight wear from long term handling and storage.

• GRADING GUIDE: This gives you an overall idea of what to expect.  Anything listed as EX or NM is a real treat in my opinion. FINE was displayed in a Theater and will display nicely. I will list more detail on a Poster's condition for things that do not fit the general conditions as described below. More noticeable problems such as larger tears, holes or marks that may affect display will be noted next to the grade above.
• • NM = Near Mint. May have only the slightest of wear or a minor defect visible upon closer inspection.  An unused, rolled example with NO tack holes or folds that looks new. A rarely found gem.
  • EX = Excellent. Misses being NM because it may have a more noticable blemish, such as slight crinkles or edge bumps (usually along the border, generally from handling or storage), no creased folds or tack holes, an above average poster that appears unused.
  • FINE = Typical general wear for a Theater displayed Poster that may comprise of tack holes, normal folds or have a few minor tears under half an inch, which all are typical conditions found in this grade. A very pleasing Poster that will frame and display great. The vast majority I find tend to fit this grade.
  • VG = Very Good. In addition to Fine, might have some fold seperation, larger tears or holes, tape repairs (usually on back) or more noticable spots or foxing. Still has a presentable image suitable for framing. Posters with this grade will have more specific details listed next to the grade given above.

• Posters are challenging to photograph. Shiny or dark Posters are the most difficult as they tend to glare and the lighting can cause white, or hot spots when overexposed. It is also hard to get them to look straight sometimes in the photos. Posters are straight and sharp viewed in person.
• Round black magnets visible in the corners, were used to hold the Posters in place while photographing them.
