Each set includes 10 Charms; measuring approximately 18 x 8 mm
SHIANA silver is pure, fine silver (.999) produced under fair trade regulations by a group of Karen Hill Tribe villagers in Northern Thailand. Shiana provides the best tools and raw materials to the villagers as well as aid for skill and product development. Through a strong partnership with our artisans, we have ensured the finest quality while guarding against unfair labor costs despite a vast majority of factory-made copies of our products being made available to the market.

PAYMENT POLICY
When you agree to purchase our products, you must also agree to complete payment within 10 days, or within a designated time consented by you and your personal Shiana customer service representative.
IMPORTANT: Money Order Payments must be made in U.S. funds only. International money orders are not required.
TAX & CUSTOMS CONCERNS
We do not incur sales tax. Customers in customs-strict countries please contact us for further details on our policy. If you have instructions on how your package should be labeled in accordance to your country's customs procedures, we will be happy to comply.
RETURN POLICY
Shiana has a 30-day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. If the item is damaged, not as described, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we encourage you to contact us and send back the item for a full refund or replacement. We only ask that you tell us why the item was returned, so we may better serve you in the future.
We also do not incur any additional costs on your part for restocking or replacing items. All shipping fees are exclusive of this agreement.

SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped via Registered Thai Air Mail, insurance included free. Express items can be shipped either via EMS or FedEx, insurance optional. Please contact anytime for further details.
IMPORTANT: Your phone number is required for FedEx Shipping. Air Mail Packages will receive free FedEx upgrade whenever possible.
REGISTERED AIR MAIL: Packages may take up to 4 -6 weeks to arrive. This factor, though occurs rarely, is unfortunately beyond our control.
Insurance
Insurance and package registration is included free for Thai Post Airmail.
We cannot make an insurance claim before 30 days after the item has left Bangkok, Thailand.
Combined Shipping
Please inform us in advance should you wish to combine items. Combined shipping may incur additional costs according to the weight of added items.
