RETURN POLICY
Shiana has a 10-day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. We only ask that you tell us why the item was returned, so we may better serve you in the future.

We also do not incur any additional costs on your part for restocking or replacing items. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees and items must be in their original packaging.
