This cover is handmade, will fit grocery carts as well as restaurant high chairs. It has two toy loops and a front pocket. The leg holes are covered with bias tape. There is an elastic casing around the entire outer edge. Front is of the print, back is of the solid green fabric.
I am a working mom, so it takes me a bit longer to get items made and mailed, about four weeks.
