Six (6) Shot glasses Uniquely hand blown

These six shot glasses are made in the famous glass blowing town of Tlaquepaque, outside of Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. These are authentic hand blown glasses. The glasses measure approximately 1" in diameter and 4" tall. Each shot glass holds almost 2oz of tequila.

A real Mexican traditional look. Everything about them says MEXICO!  Celebrate your parties with the real authentic article! These pieces are completely hand finished and any minor imperfections add to their charm and uniqueness. Due to the fact that they are hand finished, no two pieces will be identical. These items are not mass produced, but rather are hand finished by artisans who take pride in their craft passed on from many generations.

The Unique line is made up of mouth-blown glass. Glass blowers use lead-free, recycled glass.

·         Do not checkout until you are done shopping.  You have up to 7 days from first auction ended date to combine.  For combined shipping, all items must be combined in 1 order, 1 checkout, 1 payment.  Multiple checkouts/payments will be processed as separate orders, no exceptions.  You see exactly what you are paying for during checkout.

·         Shipping & Handling - It is not negotiable.

·         Returned Packages - Reshipment costs will be due if package is returned to us for invalid address.  Please review the address provided during checkout to ensure quick delivery.  Orders are always shipped to the address on your paypal account.  Mailing labels are printed according to the info entered into Pay Pal. Accurate info is very important.

·      Insurance is required.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

• IMPORTANT _ Be sure all correspondence with us (emails, payments, etc.) includes eBay item# or order#.  This is very important, it  will quicken our email response to your questions and speed up processing of your order.  With the number of payments we receive each day, if you don't have this information with/on your payment, your order may be delayed.
• All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped, typically within 24-72 hours.  

·         Colors - Color shades will change from time to time due to different paints & craftspeople.  We cannot guarantee color shades will always be the same as your previous purchases.

• Because of the high volume of emails we receive daily, we cannot always reply to emails immediately.  Be assured that we will reply within eBay's allotted response time, which is 1-3 business days. 
• Transaction details are kept on file for 90 days after end of auction. 
• Items are shipped after payment received.  Mail in payments must be received physically before item is shipped.

EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

• All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.
• Will try to ship the entire order in 1 box, some items are too large / heavy, it'll be shipped separately.
• Problems with your order must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.  WE WILL NOT be responsible for problems reported after the 3 days have past.
• If product is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced or refunded, and be given a reasonable amount of time.  All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) before returning.  Email us at frank@eye4art.net. Any returned package without the RMA FORM will not be processed.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
• RMA FORMS for refund must be obtained within 14 days from date of receipt.  Returns/exchanges accepted in original/unopened condition only. 
• 20% restocking fee for unwanted returned items. 
• All product exchanges/refunds must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
• All shipping and handling fees for returned products will not be refunded in any case.
• Please note: for auction purchases, if you choose to leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue a refund.
• Lost Packages:  Shipments are shipped via USPS.  In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Please note that claims apply only to insured packages. Lost Uninsured Packages are buyer's responsibility.  Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly.  If tracking number shows delivered, there's nothing we can do.
