SIDE ARM HEAT EXCHANGER,OUTDOOR WOOD FURNACE BOILER

 THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE SELLING HOME MADE CHEAP SIDEARMS, SOME EVEN SAY THEY ARE PLUMBERS AND THEY USE THE BEST GRADE OF COPPER. ITS NOT THE GRADE OF COPPER BUT THE THICKNESS THAT COUNTS. THE INNER PART OF THE SIDE ARM MUST BE ROLL THREADED.  The pic is of just the inner tube.  You will be getting the whole system with the 1 1/2 inch copper on the outside as well.  THE SECOND PHOTO SHOWS THE ROLLED THREAD. THIS MAKES THE WATER SWIRL AROUND AND MAKES FOR THE BEST HEAT TRANSFER. IF IT DOES NOT HAVE THIS INNER ROLL THREAD YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY. IN FACT IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR SIDE ARM SIMPLY RETURN IT FOR A REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. THIS UNIT WILL WORK ON 40 GAL UP TO 150 GAL HOT WATER HEATERS.      Our outside copper tube is 1 1/2 inches. Our inner copper tube is very thick, much thicker than others and is a THICKER copper for long life .   Important as if this inside tube fails or leaks it will mix the 2 waters and could kill you.  Others want you to believe the thinner copper has better heat transfer.NO THEY ARE JUST SELLING YOU A CHEAPER UNIT THAT WILL NOT LAST AS LONG AND PUT YOU IN DANGER . THE DESIGN OF THIS SYSTEM MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE 2 WATERS TO MIX OR LEAK. Your are buying a side arm heat exchanger for your hot water tank (domestic water).  This has fittings sizes of 3/4" inlet for your hot water tank and 1" on the outdoor wood furnace side.The length is 48" long and 3" at its widest point.  This can work with any gas or electric hot water heater.   This unit will not clog up like a plate exchanger when used on the domestic water side.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ROLLED THREAD INNER 3/4 COPPER TUBE LIKE OURS DO YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY. ALSO UNDERSTAND OTHERS SAY THEY OFFER TOP QUALITY COPPER. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A LOW QUALITY COPPER. WHAT YOU NEED TO ASK WHEN LOOKING AT OTHERS IS!!!!! IS THE 3/4 INCH COPPER TUBE MADE FROM K COPPER AS THAT MEANS THE THICKNESS OF THE COPPER. IF YOU HAVE L COPPER OR M COPPER IT MEANS IT IS THINNER SO WHEN YOU CUT THE ROLLED THREADS IT WILL BE TOO THIN AND CAN CAUSE MAJOR PROBLEMS WHEN IT LEAKS!!!!!! I CAN NOT OVERSTATE THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS AND THANX 4 LOOKING
