Description:

AN ANTIQUE HAND MADE SILVER OR COPPER COATED BRASS TEAPOT COFFEE POT. IRAN / PERSIA ORIGIN. SIGNED. HAND ETCHED FLORAL PATTERNS VERY DETAIED. Hinged lid with finger grip. Unknown age.

One small bit of plated wear on the right side of the lid - about a thumbprint size.Crossed Sabre Swords mark on the bottom of the lid. I asked my neighbour who is of Middle Eastern origin, if he could translate but he equated it to me trying to read German or French and making sense of the words. The letters are basically the same it is the word structure that is different.

Nice condition estate piece. Will polish up lovely. No damage that I can see. Interior is very clean and I suspect never used - just a shelf item.
