At Quick2Sell we use UPS, DHL or USPS for shipments. We reserve the right to change a buyer's shipping carrier choice if deemed necessary and the cost and service is equal. We may do this for shipments that are not insured, shipped to a P.O. box, or during holiday seasons in order to expedite shipments.
INSURANCE IS NOW REQUIRED FOR EVERY AUCTION. This is due to a few buyers placing claims on packages and have not placed insurance. Please do not ask us to waive insurance even if the item is 100% unbreakable. We will not.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We will not reduce the value on the customs forms to save you money. That is against U.S. regulations and we will not do it. Please don't ask.
Please calculate your shipping before bidding to ensure that you are satisfied with that cost. Our items are shipped with care using quality materials. We charge a packaging and handling fee on each shipment to cover our time, labor and materials.
We will ship your item within 3-5 business days from receiving a cleared payment. Please be sure that your street address is complete when sending payment or that it is verified in PayPal to ensure efficient delivery. Quick2Sell cannot be responsible for lost packages that are sent to unconfirmed or incomplete addresses.
If you are in or around the Pittsburgh area and would like to pick up your item, please just send us an email. Items must be picked up within 5 days of payment. Quick2Sell NEVER charges a fee for picking up an item.
