How long has Mineral Makeup be around?

We use the same high quality ingredients as other Mineral Makeup Companies use, with the exception of ingredients like Talc, Bismuth Oxychloride, Mineral Oil, Fragrance, dyes, etc.. Our Mineral Makeup consist of Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Iron Oxides, Ultramarine's and Kaolin Clay. The Talc, and Bismuth Oxychloride are known to irritate some people's skin. We choose not to use these ingredients for that reason.

Foundation/Finishing Powders

The best way to apply mineral makeup is with a Kabuki Brush, or you can use a good powder brush. You can either tap some mineral powder in your lid and swirl the kabuki brush in the powder or dip your brush in the powder, and then swirl it in the lid be sure and tap off the excess powder. Then turn your brush where the bristles are pointing up and gently tap the bottom to settle the powder in the bristles. Start with thin layers until you get the coverage you want. In a circular motion use a firm touch to buff the minerals on to your face. Do this several times, Buffing with the brush actually brings out the quality of the minerals.  Blend the minerals on your cheeks,  over your nose, down your jaw line buffing to bring a flawless natural glow to your face.
