PAYMENT POLICY

Invoices are sent after each auction ends.  Please pay for your items within seven days of the auction end date.  If you are bidding on any of our other auctions during the seven day period, we will hold them and you can pay all at one time.  If you are bidding on multiple items ending on the same day, please wait for the invoice after the FINAL item (invoices will be combined) and pay for them all at one time.  Payments made for each individual item add unnecessary transaction and insurance fees. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept PayPal.  If you don't have a PayPal account, or don't want to use PayPal, we can also accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express via ProPay.  With ProPay you can pay immediately with any major credit card - no account or login is required AND you get comprehensive buyer protection through your credit card company and/or bank.  International orders may use either option.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE and includes FREE INSURANCE for both DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES!* 

*PLEASE NOTE:  PLEASE PAY FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS THAT ARE SHIPPED TOGETHER IN ONE COMBINED INVOICE.  IF YOU PAY FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM WON ONE AT A TIME ON THE SAME DAY, OUR SOFTWARE PURCHASES INSURANCE PER PAYMENT AND WE WOULD PAY MULTIPLE FEES FOR THE SAME PACKAGE.  An example would be you win one item and then immediately pay for it.  Five minutes later you win another item and immediately pay for that one.  Ten minutes later you win an item and pay for that one.  That is three items that would be shipped together, but since they were paid individually we would pay the insurance fee THREE times.  If we cannot control our fees, we will not be able to offer FREE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE, so please help us keep our costs down.

We reserve the right to either purchase insurance for your items through the Postal Service or a third party, or we may self-insure your items at our sole discretion.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted!

Every item you receive will be the item pictured in the auction.  Please make sure you read the auction description carefully, and click on the pictures to view them full-sized before deciding to bid.  If you are unhappy with your item after you receive it, please contact us within three days of receipt for instructions on how to return the item for a full refund.  We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the item back.

We do not want you to feel unhappy with your purchase, and we will make sure you are satisfied.  Since all items are fully insured, we are both protected from lost or stolen mail.  If you have any questions before or after the auction ends, please email through eBay messages and we will reply promptly.
