CONCERNING ORDERS OUTSIDE U.S.A.:
On May 14th, 2006, the U.S. Postal Service raised their postal rates and changed shipping policies which affects everyone mailing to addresses outside the United States in 3 ways:
(1) The U.S. Postal service no longer offers surface mail. Everything mailed to an address outside the U.S. must be sent via International Air Mail.
(2) They reclassified many types of mail. Where previously rigid flats containing items could be mailed as large or small envelopes, now all items mailed in rigid flats are classified as parcels (a more expensive classification).
(3) The rates themselves were also increased - EVERY YEAR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASE.
We will still offer international shipping and will charge accurate, fair shipping costs, to the best of our knowledge. We apologize for the shipping cost raise but unfortunately it is out of our hands.
