Shipping and Handling policy

·         Shipping and handling via Register mail with in Malaysia RM 5.00 and USD 5.00 for international buyer. This cost cover up to the overall weight of 250gm per shipment. This cost is not only for the postal fees but it also includes packaging and handling of the items.

·         I will not be responsible for items lost in mail. I always obtain proof of shipment and purchaser can ask for the copy of the receipt if required.

·         Multiple items purchased can be combining into single package as long as it does not exceed the overall limit of 250gm. in case of heavier items please contact me so I can calculate accurate postal cost.

·         Payment must be received within 5 days upon dispatch of invoice.

·         Item(s) will be sent within 5 working days upon received of payment.
