EasyWeed is a polyurethane, ready-to-cut material designed for custom garment decoration. It is designed to be used with a cutting plotter and heat press.  EasyWeed is in a league of its own because of it's pressure sensitive carrier. This feature allows you to weed small letters and fine designs easily. Much thinner than other film materials, EasyWeed offers excellent durability, even after repeated washings. It's great for player names and numbers or adding personalization to corporate wear. Because of its thinness, it's extremely easy to cut, weed, and heat apply and is perfect for single color or multi-layered applications. Please note that the Neon/Fluorescent colors cannot be layered.  Available in 27 exciting colors (see color chart below).

Roll Size: This item is for a 15" wide x 5 yard (15 feet) roll.

EasyWeed heat applied vinyl can be used for the following materials:
100% cotton, 100% polyester and all poly/cotton blends. 

Fluorescent (Neon) Colors:  Please note that there is a $5.00 surcharge for all fluorescent colors.

EasyWeed Characteristics:

• Satin finish with the exception of the Gold & Silver colors which have a semi-gloss finish
• Very soft and almost non-existent feel to the hand
• Very easy to weed (remove) waste vinyl
• Release sheet (backing) is sticky which is good for small letters and graphics
• Excellent stretchability

Application Instructions:

• All designs must be cut in reverse
• Weed away excess material
• Prepress garment to remove wrinkles and moisture.
• Position EasyWeed design on garment
• Cover with a Teflon sheet to prevent scorching
  
• Heat apply at 302 degrees F for 10 - 15 seconds using Medium pressure
• Peel HOT  

There is a $5.00 surcharge per roll for Fluorescent Colors.
