OPTIONAL TIFF, RAW, extra HIGH DPI:Usually the standard 5-6 megapixel JPEG is best for old family photo's. We now offer large TIFF and RAW images at a flat rate 25.00 per disc surcharge.
Example Photo's: All example scans shown are less than 1 megapixel (about 3/4 megapixel maximum eBay display). As you can see even at this low pixel count the images are quite clear. Most were shot around my home located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Oregon using my old Minolta ST-101 35mm camera.
Free Scan Sample: If in doubt please request a free "what you see is what you get" sample scan of your film. I would rather give away a hand full of samples than have a customer unhappy with a large order.
Turnaround Time: Slides and APS usually one week. Loose negative film and prints take longer. Unsorted slides allow one extra week.
Quality Guarantee: Refund if JPEG image is not better than film original within 7 days. Insurance, shipping and handling are not refundable.
Damage or Loss: We cover damage or loss up to $50.00. If value is over $50.00 please purchase optional shipping insurance.
Replacement CD: In the unlikely event that your digital CD becomes lost or damaged contact us immediately. We offer a limited time FREE REPLACEMENT CD. We store a copy of your CD on our computer for a limited time (usually one year) as a backup/replacement if needed.
HOW to ORDER: Click eBay "Place Bid" or "Buy it Now" I will invoice with correct quantity and total when order is ready for return shipping. The computer will give exact count for invoicing.
HOW to MAIL: If in United States U.S. Postal Service "Priority Mail" with "Tracking" (the post office will furnish a box or envelope for free). Outside USA Most countries have some type of post with tracking. Please include eBay auction # and your email address. Please no heavy metal storage cases, projector trays caroussels, three ring binders, cubes, Tupperware or photo albums.

Why PreSort: I try to avoid sorting slides and organizing folders. Honestly you can do this better yourself. Unsorted slides will require extra week or more turnaround time.
Simple PreSort Instructions: All frames (not image) HORIZONTAL, slide #1 on TOP of stack, emulsion (screen) side DOWN. Please separate any oddball film sizes and damaged slide mounts into a separate batch.
Packaging: A simple double rubber band (not overly tight) around each batch has proven to work best.
FILE and FOLDER name: The computer will automatically assign a file name containing your Roll (or Batch) Number and Frame Number. Just like the images taken from your digital camera you will be able to re-name and organize scan images as you wish.
