If you feel like you cannot allow me the highest grading, then please let me know what I can do to make it better. I strive for excellent customer service. The better customer service I provide, the better discount I get on listing fees......so it helps us all out in the end by saving money. I try to ship packages out 4 days a week, depending on my regular work schedule. I do work a full time job, and have two kids. We have baseball, football, school activities, etc. There might be times where it takes me 5 -6 days to ship, but this is very unusual. I appreciate your help and understanding with this matter. I try to ship the most economical way I can. Alot of my items are shipped for free, which means there will be no insurance or tracking, etc. If you want those things, please ask,and I will add the appropriate amount to your invoice. If an item is too heavy for international shipping, I will place tha tinformation in the auction desription, so please read before submitting your bid. :)

Insurance is your responsibility. If you need or want it, please ask and I will send you a new invoice.
I normally add insurance and tracking to my HIGHER priced items to not only cover you, but cover myself.
