 This auction is for a vintage Smith Corona model Skyriter manual portable typewriter. These were made in the late 1940s and early 1950's.  This is a small featherweight type writer that was made to use for travelers. It is in a metal case that encloses it much like a Hermes but much smaller. It is gray matted with all dark green teardrop keys no pale green keys on this years make but a few nicks on the space bar from closing the cover. This writer is very clean no sticking keys with good ribbon and no bad use marks. It has small standard font with 12 CPI. It has a metal matching case  with a green liner that also is in good condition. The liner is to protect the top of the typeriter from scratching the top but it fits so tight it rubs a little as you can see a green spot on the ribbon cover.  I will provide photos.  Email me for any questions.
