I prefer to receive payment via PayPal as it makes it quicker for me to ship, and you to receive your purchase.  The shipping fee covers all shipping, packaging and handling except for the optional insurance which is HIGHLY recommended as I can't be responsible for the tender care of our friends at the Post Office.
