This listing is for a Three-pack, three individually boxed portions of our excellent Wild Pacific deep-caught Alaskan smoked salmon.

The Trio consists of three 6-ounce fillets of:

• Sockeye Salmon
• Coho Salmon
• Pink Salmon

There are five varieties of wild Pacific Salmon: King, Coho, Sockeye, Keta and Pink. Here is a chance to try three of the best at one time.

You can get cheaper smoked salmon on eBay but you can't get better. Most smoked salmon sold in the US is from fish that are caught are they are returning to spawn.  By the time the salmon make it up river, they are already losing weight and their flesh becomes oily.  Our salmon are caught in the deep waters of the Gulf of Alaska long before they return to spawn. They are firm and plump and loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids.

Normal retail on this set is $49. Our price on eBay is much less than this same package sells for in gourmet food stores and gift shops.

All of these are hand cut fillets, smoked in the Pacific Northwest Samish Indian tradition --alderwood cold smoked.

The set comes in a beautiful gift box with a free cookbook. Inside the box each fillet of salmon is packaged in a gold foil sealed vacuum pouch. This process preserves the food naturally.
