We, Autolevels, carry all of the warranty services, and are headquartered in the greater Los Angeles area (southern California), USA. Most of your possible problems can be solved over the phone with the help of our very experienced and well-trained technicians and engineers. We will send you parts and instructions for replacement if necessary. In very few cases, you may need to send your equipment back to our facilities in southern California for maintenance or repair.

• Q: Do you combine shipping? What is the shipping cost? How about shipping insurance?
  A: Yes, we combine shipping whenever it is possible to save you shipping cost. For combined shipping, we charge full S&H for the first item and half of that from the second (smaller) item on.
