This is an intriguing Santa guy. It has an animated look...as though Santa is dancing.. The Santa Claus suit feels like a velvet material. It is a coating over the plastic Santa.

The Santa is in fair condition. He still has a nice presentation. There are some places that the velvet is rubbed off. I think he may have had a white ball at the top of his hat that is missing. His belt buckle is present but loose. There are a couple of small holes in his hat and sack. The black paint on the shoes is flaking. He is a bit soiled just from sitting around for a very long time. I don't try to clean or restore this piece. I will leave that to the new owner. The piece is about 10" tall.
