
Street address: UPS requires a physical street address in order for proper shipment. If a physical street address is not provided, your order will ship via USPS.
Shipping: All completed sales will ship within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). Shipments will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. There is an additional surecharge for all Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipments. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Expedited domestic shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver delivery options are available during checkout. To view pricing for these options, you may scroll down the page to the Shipping and Handling section at the bottom of the auction page. All orders being shipped UPS 2nd Day Air will take 1-2 business days for delivery. Orders being shipped Next Day Air Saver will be delivered the next business day, by the close of business (UPS closes at 7pm in most areas). This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Please see exceptions to this policy below:
**All orders being shipped 2nd Day Air on a Thursday or Friday, will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday respectively. Orders being shipped Next Day Air Saver on a Friday will not be received until the following Monday. Shipments will not be delivered during weekends or holidays (UPS considers Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 'rest days' and is not open for deliveries). Holiday shipping: Shipping may be delayed during holiday shipping periods. We are closed during major holidays, such as: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, the day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, the day after Christmas, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. During these periods, we will not be processing shipments. UPS and USPS will not normally be available for delivery/pickup during these periods and they do not consider these part of the transit time. If you are unsure whether a shipment will be processed or delivered during these peak periods, please contact us or the respective shipping company for further information. Tracking information: You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information the evening of your shipment. Most carriers will not update this information on their website until later that evening.
Damaged shipments: In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment, you must contact us immediately to start the damage claims process. In order to start this claims process, you must have all of the original packaging materials for UPS inspection. These procedures must be followed.
