1. New or used product. You are buying this item "as is" . I try to describe the item and its flaws to the best of my ability. If it is new it is in mint condition unless stated otherwise.

2. I am in no way an expert on anything I sell. If I misrepresent an item, it is not intentional. Please look closely at the picture and write-up and ask questions .

3. Items from my home are smoke free . Some items are obtained through garage sales, therefore, I cannot determine where they came from. I will indicate if this is the case.

4. If known I try to give the regular price of the item to better help you bid.

5. I am not a company, therefore, I cannot afford to absorb a loss if you decide you don't want an item. Because of this I do not accept refunds. Be sure that you really want this item. Some exceptions apply on a case by case basis.

7. Once bidding is over you have 7 days to pay for the item. If payment or notification is not made in 7 days, it could result in relisting the item, contacting ebay, and a negative feedback.

8. I do combine shipping and I will wait for other bids to end before finalizing your invoice. Please keep it within a reasonable amount of time.
