Shipping
Due to the Petrol increase we are forced to charge for postage, we will only charge you the same ammount as we get charged at the post office. We still offer free handling no extra charges at all. If you wish to have your parcel sent by Express Post, the cost is $7.90 up to 3kg. International AU$5.00 for the first item, (NOT REGISTRED) if you wish to be registred it must be paid by the buyer, we do not accept responsibility if lost in transit.
Terms of Sale
Item must be returned within: 7 Days Exchange Only, no cash refunds at all. Return policy details: It's the responsibility of the purchaser to cover of any returns postage and you must include a self paid return envelope with a note explaining the fault. If the elastic is too tight for your baby's anckle's this is not a manufacturer fault as we can only do a one size fit all. The elastic is very easy to change, all you need is a larger piece of elactic, just thread it with a large safety pin and tie up a couple of knots at the end. You can continue changing the elastic if the shoes lengh still fit but it's too tight for your baby's ankles. This is a very good tip to know.
