Returns on items that we offer free shipping on that are due to purchaser error will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of total sale price plus the actual cost of shipping.  This fee is charged to cover shipping cost and restocking cost.  If there is an error on our behalf we are glad to waive this fee.  New items must be unopened and new in original packaging to be eligible for return.  Refund will be credited upon receipt of the returned item minus any fees incurred.  Returns must also be made within 7 days of recieving the item or item may not be returned.  Thank you for understanding.

In the rare event that an item was damaged or lost during shipping, we require that a claim be made by the buyer to the shipping carrier before any payment refund is made.
