This collectors plate was issued by the Bicentennial Council of the Thirteen Original States, issued in 1975.  Solid sterling silver with inlaid and electroplated 24k gold, this is a beautiful piece.  Front has Caesar Rodney, signer of the Declaration Of Independance and one of Delaware's earliest heros; words "The Voice of My People at Home is for Independance" are inlaid on the rim. Originally sold for $225, this piece is in very good condition, some slight surface on the front and scratching near the edges, probably from a plate hanger.  But all in all in very good condition.  Measures 7.75" across.  Add this to your collection today!!!
