We have provided over 20 + years of service, networking and telecommunication products.  We are now buying and selling phones and phone systems.  We hope to continue to grow and provide the same product, service and support as well.

Warranty

All units are fully tested and come with a NON DOA, 30 Day warranty – We also provide extended warranties, which are available upon request.

Inspection and Testing Procedures
 

As soon as the equipment arrives, it is first looked at with a physical inspection to make sure that no damage was incurred during shipment.

If units are New in box, or Unused open box, it is positively required that both the internal and external serial numbers match.  All equipment, boxes, documents, etc are intact and accounted for.  Any equipment not in this condition will be returned to our seller.

Units that are purchased Used are also inspected to make sure that the serial # is on the unit and is valid. Any equipment that does not have a serial number or is suspicious of being fake or fraudulent will be returned to the seller.

If the main board or any other internal components are missing, such as memory, CPU’s, etc, the unit will be returned to the seller unless it was stated at the time of purchase, as to the condition of the unit.

RETURNS

ADCS LLC., puts a NON DOA, 30 day warranty on all our products. If a product arrives and is DOA, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receipt to replace, fix, or have a refund issued. If for some reason the unit fails within the 30 days, we ask to be notified before the 30 day warranty period is up and the unit will be either replaced, fixed, or a refund will be issued. Any items that are brought to us after the 30 day warranty will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Please note: California customers will be obliged to pay the state sales tax unless a resale certificate is provided.     

Payment of all balances are due within seven (7) days from auction close. If payment is not received in that time, the item will be relisted on EBay.

Shipping Methods

ADCS, LLC utilizes FedEx worldwide, but will also ship DHL in the United States, or private carrier at the customer's request. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Overnight shipping is available on most in-stock items at the buyer's expense.  Typically there will be a 2-3 day processing time on any purchase. If specific and different shipping procedures are required, we can accommodate accordingly at the buyers expense.
