This is a somewhat working TV. It seems to take a long time to warm up (30min and has the jitters as it does) Sometimes it would start up with just a pattern of color.Then it will usually give a great picture but I would often have to unplug it and plug it back in. Sometimes tapping the frame seemed to clear it up. I have replaced it with a larger plasma. No returns Local pickup or possible drop.
