 Alright.. I bought this on Ebay a couple of months ago.  For some reason or another, the touch screen isn't working.  The seller of the camera insisted it works.  I think it did start working for me but now it doesn't again.  So this may need repair.

But please read:

This is only for Camera & battery (fully charged).  No cradle, no ac adaptor, no memory card and no case.  I will ship, fully padded with thick bubble wrap and in a secure box.  I will ship with delivery confirmation.
