Condition: Used but in excellent condition.  Works perfect and has been kept in the carrying case at all times. I've literally only used it 2 times while on vacation. Never been dropped or dinged whatsoever.  It still has all the stickers and looks really nice.  I just wish I never threw away the original box. 

Reason For Selling:  Honestly I don't have the need for a camcorder.  I went out today and upgraded my digital camera from a 7.1 megapixel to a Canon Powershot SD790 and it shoots amazing quality video as well and now I am selling my digital camera and camcorder. I recently had my cell phone (iphone) stolen & need the extra cash. That is my main reason for selling so my loss is your gain.

Personal Notes:  I bought this camera for over $1000.  I'll never spend that much on a camera EVER again! I personally love this camcorder.  I am somewhat technically inclined but don't completely understands camcorder specs.  Although this is a touchscreen it was very easy to figure out and recording is very easy.  I have a macbook and the software wasn't even compatible but I was able to use iMovie and everything synced perfectly.  I shot really nice HD quality vids and it even allows you to take pictures.  It has a Professional-quality Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T lens and 10x optical/80x digital zoom keeps everything close and clear. You can even use the Dual Record Mode to capture still images at the same time as shooting video. Its very compact and easy to take along any trip. Its very nice.  It was overpriced on what I paid for it but you're getting it for a steal at the buy it now price; honestly!

Returns:  No returns unless its a legitimate complaint i.e. didn't match description, etc... Shipping:  If purchased at the "buy it now" price I will offer free shipping.  The free shipping will be via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (2-3days) and I will ship within 2 business days.  Free Shipping only the continental USA.  All others please see below under shipping for prices.  Depending on the offer I might consider a free shipping but it will not be priority mail most likely postal ground.
