Condition: 

The part is a used one.  It has been tested and is in good working order.  It is warranted against DOA (see bellow).

Payment: 

We accept PayPal only.  Payment is required within 3 day of the end of the auction.

Shipping and Handling:

We ship to the US only via USPS Priority Mail.  We do so every day except Sunday for a flat rate.  The shipping charges reflect the combined coast of the expedited delivery (usually 2nd business day), confirmation/tracking number, packaging materials and services as well as handling charges.  Most purchases are shipped the same day the payment has been received.

We will leave a feedback for the transaction when it has been left for us.  Please, contact us before posting a negative or a neutral.  Our return rate is less then one percent, and we work hard to resolve any issues.

Return Policy:

We guarantee the item to be in 100% working condition. 

--- If the item is not functioning, the buyer has to inform us and send it back within 7 days.  A replacement will be mailed upon receiving the damaged item.  If no replacement is available, your full purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded. 

--- If the item is functioning as described, returns will be accepted with 20% restocking fee. We must receive the package back unopened within 14 calendar days.  Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Note: We keep track of our items by the serial numbers or special markings.
