Return Policy: All sales are final.  If you have a problem with your item, please contact us within the warranty period to start a claim.  For all returns, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form prior to shipping and include it with the returned merchandise or the package will be refused upon delivery. An RMA form can be obtained by clicking the ‘create support ticket’ button above. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise to us. All returns must be shipped using a carrier providing tracking information to verify arrival. If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately using the ‘create support ticket’ button above and we will contact you as quickly as possible to correct the issue.

            Any other authorized return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty: The warranty period is clearly stated above in the auction. All warranties will start on the day of purchase and will cover manufacturer defects only. We must first receive and test the product before any further warranty proceedure.
