- Florida (FL) residents or local pick-ups add 6.5% sales tax
- Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close
- Unpaid items will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer combined shipping with this item
- Local Pick-Up
- The local pick-up handling fee for this item is $5.00
- Important note about local pick-ups: If you are making a local pick-up, you must call us at 407-497-9766 to schedule a pick-up so that your order can be processed before you arrive
- Local pick-ups are subject to 6.5% sales tax
- Local pick-ups must be scheduled within seven (7) calendar days of auction close
- A storage fee of $3.00 per day will be assessed to any items left unscheduled after seven (7) calendar days of auction close
- Shipping
- We will only ship within the continental United States
- Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses is not available; no exceptions will be made
- A street address is required; DHL will not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Orders will be processed and shipped within five (5) days after confirmation of payment
- Tracking information will be e-mailed when it becomes available
- We ship via DHL Ground Service
- The combined shipping, packaging, handling, and insurance cost for this item is stated in the shipping section of this auction
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer combined shipping with this item
- Returns
- We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our listings. Unfortunately, do to our high volume, mistakes sometimes occur. If you receive an item that is not as described in our listing, please contact us directly via phone or email within three (3) days of receiving the item and we will work to correct the issue.
- Because the condition of our items are unique, we will not be able to replace items damaged in shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us directly via phone or email within three (3) days of receiving the item and we will provide a full refund and file a freight/shipping claim.
- For local pick-ups: No returns will be accepted after the item has been picked up (inspection upon pick-up)
- For shipped items: No returns will be accepted beyond three (3) days after you receive the item
