New products come sealed in their original manufacturer boxes and include all manuals and accessories.

New Open Box refers to products in original factory boxes that have opened for a variety of reason, including:

Products were removed to show a customer the contents;

Product was purchased, then returned; or

The product was set up for store demonstration purposes;
All New, open box items come with full factory warranties unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please note most packages have had all the stores identification removed so the box may be cut or torn.

Manufacturer (Factory) Refurbished products are returned items from retailers or customers to the manufacturer for different reasons ( exchange, finding better deal, get different specifications or open box). The units are inspected by the manufacturer to ensure that they meet the same quality standards as new products, and include all factory manuals and software (although some manufacturers do not include recovery CDs.) They operate as any other "new" product. Factory Refurbished products come with original manufacturer warranties, are fully tested by the manufacturer, and are SEALED in manufacturer boxes. If you receive a Factory Refurbished unit and it is defective, not working or missing a part, you can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or contact us to get a RMA# to return for refund.

This assures the quality and allows us to offer warranties on our refurbished products. Refurbished items can have minor scratches or regular wear and tear, and may come with or without manuals or recovery CDs.

All items we sell come with a 7 days Satisfaction Guarantee. For DOA items the buyer must notify within 3 days of receipt of product via email and obtain RMA#. If you receive a product that is missing something that was claim to be included, or the item was DOA, at our sole discretion we will replace the product or refund your money. Items returned that are determined to be in working condition (when buyer claims DOA, or other malfunction), missing pieces, or otherwise not in the condition they were ship to you in will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do record serial numbers and if the serial number on the item returned does not match that of the item shipped, your product will be returned to you and no refund or replacement will be offered. If the reason for return is DOA or something misleading in listing, Printers Etc will cover the cost of the return shipping. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
