PAYMENT: -  PayPal is preferred.  I will accept a U.S.Postal money order (No other type) for the exact amount of your total purchase - including shipping and insurance - if you cannot pay with PayPal.  I do not accept any other forms of payment or any other type of money order.  PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 3 DAYS following the end of the sale.

SHIPPING: -   Shipping is YOUR CHOICE of USPS services or UPS Ground - Please use the ebay calculator for price comparisons.  If you prefer a service that is not listed - PLEASE ASK - I will try to accommodate your request.   If your purchase will fit SAFELY in a "FLAT RATE BOX" - and that shipping method will save you $$$ - I will either adjust your invoice or REFUND the difference.  I make every effort to ship the next business day following receipt of your cleared payment.   ALL ORDERS are shipped with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION or TRACKING numbers.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  **Local Pick-Up can be arranged on request - at the SHOPS of YESTERYEAR - Antique Mall in "Historic" downtown Mount Airy, MD.**   

INSURANCE: - OPTIONAL and ADDITIONAL on all USPS shipments -  Rates are based on current U.S.P.S. rates and cover the BID/PURCHASE price only - shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded by Mimi's House Antiques or the U.S.Postal Service in the event of a claim.  I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. ****UPS shipping includes insurance for values up to $100.00 - coverage for higher values will be additional****  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  -  Must make payment with PayPal - Only.  Shipping will be your choice of available U.S.P.S. methods.  I do not use any other shipper.  Enter your COUNTRY in the shipping calculator below or EMAIL me for a SHIPPING QUOTE.   You are responsible for any DUTY or CUSTOMS CHARGES.  ***Please contact me by email following the sale with all shipping information, including your **PHONE NUMBER** - needed for Customs Forms.

COMBINED SHIPPING:    I will make every effort to combine your purchases over a 5 day period to defray shipping expenses.  SAFE DELIVERY of your purchases is the most important factor in determining whether or not combined shipping can be offered. EMAIL me as soon as you know you will have or expect to have multiple purchases.  I charge ACTUAL SHIPPING and will package your order before an invoice is sent.   PLEASE WAIT for an "ADJUSTED" Invoice for multiple purchases.
