Light blue lace bridal chapeau with ruffle and sequin trim and matching applique. Separate Tutu has baby blue lycra open front top skirt with blue iris sequin trim. Heavily ruffled white organdy underskirts with blue iris sequin edging. Arm Ruffles: White organdy arm ruffles with blue iris sequin edging are included.
