West Georgia Folk Art Potter

Out of the swamp and up for adoption today is a devil jug from the BUFFALO SWAMP POTTERY collection in West GA.  He says he's old enough to move out and needs a good family to take him in.  His body is made from Georgia red clay and has been glazed in black.  His eyes, horns & teeth are made from white clay and have been left unglazed to give him that devilish look!  He stands approximately 9.75 inches tall to the tip of his horns and he is about 7.5 inches wide from ear to ear.  Signed and dated on the bottom by the artist. A unique gift for that special someone on your list. Thanks for looking!
