This unit powers on. All buttons work.  As you can see via the pics both traces are on screen.  Alarm sounds because there are no leads.  Thats pretty much it.  We can not or do not have the means to certify, process or test any futher.

It is up to the buyer to have all inspections, regulations and certifications prior to usage for its acuracy. Please see FDA requirments.

We picked this up at a Large Research University Surplus. We have included numerous photos for your inspection.
